Wusthof blades are made of high carbon steel and feature Wusthof’s Precision Edge Technology that stays sharp up to 30% longer. Each blade has a full tang that is triple-riveted to the contoured polymer handle. This not only gives each knife incredible balance and durability, it increases the hygienic level of knives and prevents food from becoming stuck in any hidden pockets or gaps.
This large and heavy blade is used to split bones. Not only comfortable to hold, but the skillfully honed by hand tines are also incredibly sharp and are easily resharpened.
